The First Zodiac

Zodiac is the name of different groups of fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. First appearing in The Avengers in 1970, various different groups have taken over the name and theme.

There have been many Zodiac groups in the Marvel universe. Soon after the real Peter Parker takes control of his body and Parker Industries, PI starts to develop new technologies for S.H.I.E.L.D, which draws the attention of the newest incarnation of Zodiac, a criminal organization seemingly bent on world domination. The organization has different branches lead by a person who identifies under a specific Astrological sign.

Tropes that apply to this version of Zodiac:

• Evil Mask: Many members, if not all, save for Scorpio, are under the control of mind control masks that rewrite the wearer's memories.
• Mind Control: At least some of the members are not a part of the organization of their own volition.
• Legacy Character: The Zodiac Organization as a whole has had many incarnations, usually whenever the members of one group are killed, the title is taken over by a new organization.

• Big Bad: So far the leader of the main organization Spidey is fighting in as of the start of his new series.
• Luke, I Am Your Father: He's Nick Fury Jr's cousin, Grandson to the original Scorpio, Jake Fury.
• Put on a Bus: At the end of his arc he arrives at his goal, a portal that allows him to see a year or so into the future. Spider-Man kicks him inside and shuts the door behind him, meaning that it's only a matter of time until he returns.
