Main Page

The Student Council of Ashford Academy in Tokyo. The main players of Lulu's Bizarre Rebellion.

  • Absurdly Powerful Student Council: Unchanged from canon, even with actual magic becoming a part of the day-to-day.
  • Adaptational Badass: ALL of them step up to the plate over the course of the story. The final Arc begins with the ENTIRE Student Council (sans Milly) storming Dio's fortress to stop his plan.
  • True Companions: They all care about each other greatly, even if it's hard for some of them to show it at times.

     Lelouch vi Britannia
Power - Stand: Painted Black Requiem - Prince of Darkness

The exiled 11th prince of Britannia, Lelouch gains the power of Stand, and with it, a means to finally start combating the Britannian Empire.

  • Invisibility: The primary ability of his Stand, usable on himself and others.
    • Radar Is Useless: It's shown as early as chapter 1 that Painted Black's invisibility extends to disappearing from the electromagnetic spectrum, as Villeta's infrared scan detected no life forms despite Lelouch and Suzaku being nearby.
    • Weakened by the Light: Any parts turned invisible by Painted Black will be rendered visible again if it's under a bright light.
  • In Spite of a Nail: Still dies from a green-eyed companion of his dressing as Zero and impaling him on a sword (as he planned).
  • The Hero Dies: Succumbs to his wounds after the battle against Schneizel, only lingering long enough to ensure everyone's safe.
  • The Man Behind the Man: Serves as this for his stand in, Shirley.
  • Weak, but Skilled: This trait of his from canon is even more emphasized with his Stand. Painted Black has a Destructive Power stat of D, but Lelouch is able to use its powers of invisibility in various creative ways.

     Shirley Fenette
Power - Stand: Schizoid Man

A young student of Ashford Academy, with a recently discovered power of her own.

  • Adaptational Badass: In addition to having a Stand, she becomes Zero in this story, albeit (initially) as a stand-in for Lelouch to speak through.
  • Heroic Lineage: She's a Joestar by way of her mother, Joseph's sister Joanna.
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: How she meets her end, courtesy of Schneizel.
  • Power Incontinence: Initially has trouble controlling her Stand. Finally masters it on her own during the final battle.
  • Split Personality: Develops one between Shirley, the innocent schoolgirl, and Zero, the driven revolutionary.
  • Trauma Conga Line: The first arc is not kind to her. She starts hearing voices while things appear or move around her, runs away in a panic and nearly shoots herself, is convinced by the guy she likes to join a terrorist group after seeing how horrible her home country is, is wounded and nearly killed in a fight with an enemy Stand user whom she discovers is her own father, sees the guy she likes kill him, and then ends up (nastily) murdering the man who had manipulated her father in the first place. In the end, she latches on to the one thing Lelouch can give her to keep her stable: fighting for freedom as Zero.

     Kallen Kozuki

A half-Britannian Japanese freedom fighter that finds herself pulled into a larger war of magical abilities.

  • Brainwashed and Crazy: After she's captured by Britannia in Act 5, Charles uses his Geass to turn Kallen into the haughty and cruel Lady Stadtfeld, the loyal Knight of Seven. She's incredibly pissed off when the effect is undone.
  • Empowered Badass Normal: Was fighting Stand and Geass users even before getting her own Stand.
  • Secret-Keeper: Knows that female!Zero is just a mouthpiece for the real mastermind. Later learns both their identities, as well as who Lelouch and Nunnally really are.

     Suzaku Kururugi
Power - Spin User

The son of the last Japanese Prime Minister, who joined the Britannian Military in the hopes of changing the Empire from within.

  • Badass Normal: Well, normal for Suzaku, but he still goes against several Stand users within the first act alone and holds his own. Eventually figures out how to use Spin (in and out of the Lancelot) to make him even more of a force to be reckoned with.
    • Empowered Badass Normal: Starts out with only his wits, his stubbornness, and the Lancelot, but as the story goes on he figures out how to use Spin.
  • Official Couple: Gets with Euphemia. Euphemia makes plans at the end of the third arc to announce their official engagement.

     Nunnally vi Britannia
Power - Geass: Absolute Command - Ripple User - Code Bearer

Lelouch's younger sister. With him no longer available to contract, C.C. chose her instead.

  • Adaptational Badass: She has Lelouch's canon Geass. As a bonus, gaining it cured her blindness. As well, C.C. trains her to use Ripple, and Nunnally eventually masters it to such a degree that she can walk again. By the final battle, she's gained C.C.'s Code.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Like her brother in canon, she probably shouldn't have given someone (in this case Nina) a Geass command to Live.
  • Spanner in the Works: Becomes this for JOJO's Faction, both unintentionally (by giving Lelouch Ripple energy) and very intentionally (by Geassing Lelouch to kill JOJO).
  • Superior Successor: Becomes the new Zero in the final chapter.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: Willingly joins JOJO's plan for the sake of protecting her brother from his canonical fate.

     Milly Ashford

The granddaughter of Ashford's headmaster.

  • Badass Normal: During the Wake the Snake incident, she takes a bite (or several) from the Stand to ensure the rest of the student body avoids the danger zone.
  • Chivalrous Pervert: She's a good person at heart, even if she has the mind of a dirty old man.
  • Intrepid Reporter: By the final chapter, she's become a (still-unflappable) reporter.
  • The Team Normal: Is the only member of the Student Council to not get some form of magic power by the end of the story.

     Rivalz Cardemonde
Power - Stand: Powerslave

The Student Council Treasurer, a relaxed everyman.

  • Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Spends most of the story as the Everyman, but once he gets a Stand he gives DIO quite a bit of trouble. Even if it kills him.
  • Morality Pet: Develops into Rolo's.
  • Nice Guy: Gets along well with the rest of the Student Council. Even in the afterlife, he makes clear he's not part of the horde of Dio's victims seeking vengeance.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: In his last battle, he's still learning how to use his Stand. He still manages to use it to possess the entire fortress as a weapon against Dio.

     Nina Einstein
Power - Stand: Heart of Glass

An intelligent young girl, with a growing amount of issues.

  • Fantastic Racism: In addition to her issues with the Japanese, she grows to fear Stand users as well. And then she develops her own Stand later on.
  • Laser-Guided Amnesia: It's implied that learning of the original timeline - and that her F.L.E.I.J.A. would destroy Tokyo - was so horrifying that JOJO's faction had to erase her memory of it (and how to make F.L.E.I.J.A.) just to calm her down.
  • Let's You and Him Fight: Gets into a fight with Tamaki during the first Black Rebellion.
  • Power Incontinence: Her Stand reacts automatically when the LIVE Geass goes off.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: Takes a LONG while, but during the Siege Perilous Arc, she finally realizes just how much her friends mean to her during her and Shirley's battle with the Valkyries.
  • Undying Loyalty: To Britannia. Of the Ashford Student Council Members taken by JOJO, she's the only one who isn't swayed by JOJO's arguments. Part of her Character Development is this slowly shifting to her friends.

     Ronald Longston
Power - Stand: Ward of Absolute Suspension

A new student who joins the Council during Arc 3.

  • Hero Killer: Admits to JOJO that he was responsible for Robert Speedwagon's death.
  • Heroic RRoD: As in canon, he dies from Geass overuse, this time fighting agains Pucci.
  • Token Evil Teammate: The most morally gray of the Council's roster, even after the main story's conclusion.

     Sayako
Power - Stand: NSP (Ninja Sex Party)

A Japanese maid who loyally serves the Ashford family.

  • Big Guy Fatality Syndrome: Easily one of the strongest fighters among the Ashford cast (ace pilots notwithstanding), and is killed by Vanilla Ice without even a chance to fight back.
  • Expy: Unfortunately becomes one to Avdol; a strong, stoic, and loyal ally to the heroes murdered by Vanilla Ice to signal the beginning of the final Arc.
  • Teleportation: Her Stand allows her to teleport (like a ninja).

     Arthur

A cat that becomes the student council's mascot.

  • Team Pet: Serves this role within the group.

     Joseph Joestar
Power - Stand: Hermit Purple - Ripple User

Shirley's uncle, the elder brother of her mother Joanna.

  • 11th-Hour Ranger: Joins the Student Council when they move against Dio at the start of the final Arc.
  • Hero of Another Story: He's already dealt with the Pillar Men long before the story started.
