A group of classic Disney Villains. In the first game, a group of them conspire under [[Disney/SleepingBeauty Maleficent's]] leadership. They are trying to use TheHeartless for their own evil means. After that, however, they're far more independent.

Maleficent's original group includes [[Disney/{{Hercules}} Hades,]] [[Disney/{{Aladdin}} Jafar,]] [[Disney/TheLittleMermaid Ursula,]] [[Disney/PeterPan Captain Hook,]] and [[TheNightmareBeforeChristmas Oogie Boogie]]. The second game introduces [[PiratesOfTheCaribbean Captain Hector Barbossa]], [[Disney/{{Mulan}} Shan-Yu]], [[Disney/TheLionKing Scar]], and [[{{Tron}} the MCP]], who aren't aligned with Maleficent, although she attempts to recruit/manipulate a couple.

Organization XIII was for quite a time one step ahead, but after [[spoiler:Maleficent and Pete joined forces with Sora, King Mickey, and their friends]], the Disney villains eventually became the winning side.

Unfortunately for Sora and co., you can't keep a good villain down for long...

[[MyFriendsAndZoidberg There is also Pete]]. Once a humble steamboat captain, Pete turned to mischief-making until he got out of hand and was banished. He met Maleficent during his inter-dimensional exile and acts as her loyal servant.

He has shown capable fighting ability, was controlling the heartless for a long time (possibly longer than his mistress, but that seems unlikely), apparently has a strong heart, has magical abilities, has experiance with explosives, can attack with cars, had enough swordplay experiance to become captain of Queen Minnie's Musketeers, was the responsible captain of a steamboat, is able to manipulate others (to a degree), and has hacked and used technology and glitches to try and rule the worlds in a journal.

By the time Terra, Aqua, and Ventus arrive in Disney Town, presumably several years later, he seems to be seen as a relatively reasonable person, enough that it seems as though he was a ReformedCriminal. However, losing to Terra in a race leads to him once again undergoing a FaceHeelTurn. Depending on how one interprets Maleficent helping him out of the resulting PocketDimension, he may count as a less tragic version of DrivenToVillainy as well.

CLU is a program created by Kevin Flynn in his likeness to oversee the development of the Grid. However, following his programming to create a "perfect system", CLU betrayed Flynn and took the Grid under his undisputed control, while also issuing the complete annihilation of the [=ISOs=], leaving Quorra as the sole survivor.

The problem is that Kevin made him when he was more naïve, and before he discovered the [=ISOs=], so CLU's plan is equally naïve. Therefore, it isn't CLU who changed; it's Kevin.

An enigmatic figure who appears out of thin air in ''Birth By Sleep'' to challenge the heroes in the Land of Departure as a BonusBoss. The Unknown's identity is [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin completely unknown]] -- [[TheQuietOne he doesn't say a word]], and even the Keyblade he drops upon defeat is simply named "No Name". Despite the seemingly [[BigLippedAlligatorMoment random]] encounter, WordOfGod confirms that his battle with one of the trio is canon.

He reappears in ''Dream Drop Distance'' as the main antagonist, and is described as a being travelling worlds that causes beings of darkness to manifest in his wake. Unsurprisingly, he turns out to be another incarnation of Xehanort, working on another scheme. His true identity is [[spoiler:a younger Master Xehanort, given the power to travel through time by "Ansem" in order to create the true Organization XIII, an organization composed of Xehanort's heart in thirteen different vessels.]]

Another "Unknown" is a BonusBoss in ''Kingdom Hearts Final Mix'', and is [[ChekhovsGunman eventually revealed]] to be [[spoiler:Xemnas]]. This section, however, only refers to the ''Birth by Sleep''/''3D'' character.

However, following his programming to create a "perfect system", CLU betrayed Flynn and took the Grid under his undisputed control, while also issuing the complete annihilation of the [=ISOs=], leaving Quorra as the sole survivor.
