Aquanyx
- Beast Master: Like other Aquman incarnations, he's able to command sea animals.
- Savage Spinosaurs: He's a Baryonyx, a relative of Spinosaurus and shown as one of the more aggressive members of the team.
Bat-Walker
- Death by Origin Story: His war against those who kill for sport started when Jokerzard killed his parents and ate them in front of him.
- Interspecies Adoption: Not by choice but a human child he saves from Jokerzard, who killed the boy's parents, ends up tagging along with him.
Flashraptor
- Interspecies Friendship: Despite being a carnivore, he's shown to be buddies with Green Torch.
- Vegetarian Carnivore: Introduced eating berries with Green Torch.
The Green Torch
Supersaur
- The Big Guy: Fitting since he's a Sauropod, he's taller and more muscular than his teammates.
- Friend to All Children: Shown to get along well with the children of his adopted human tribe. Letting them ride on his tail.
- Gentle Giant Sauropod: Mostly played straight, as Giganta and Brontozarro learn though it's best not push him.
- Interspecies Adoption: Well, he is supposed to be a version of Superman, so naturally he would be an alien adopted by human parents per usual. It's only more noticeable this time, since he's a dinosaur and his adoptive parents are hominids.
Wonderdon
- Horse of a Different Color: She has a pet pterosaur that she uses as a means of transportation, which can also turn invisible.
- Temper-Ceratops: Picked to be Triceratops as they're herbivores you don't want to anger; but is actually one of the more level-headed members of the team, talking down Bat-Walker from using torture to get information out of Brontozarro.
