An group that originate from the Train, their objectives are unknown, but there are some things.(All spoilers are unmarked!)

The Leader
The Leader
A cloaked figure that controls the entire organization, they are creating a Heartless Army and the Kingdom Hearts.- Ambiguous Gender: They are only refered with They/Them pronouns.
- Hidden Agenda Villain: They are creating an army of Heartless, feeding the Kingdom Heart and they only mention something called Rebirth Day, the rest isn't revealed.
- The Leader: How I didn't notice that?
Koharu/Unkoharu
Koharu/Unkoharu
A redhaired girl with green eyes that Lori encountered, she can also summon a weapon called Keyblade.- Ambiguously Evil: She's part of the Organization, but whether she's part of it willingly or not remains to be seen.
- Ambiguous Situation: Her name's Koharu, like Chloe Cerise's Japanese name, but whether they're the same person or different people is yet to be seen, it's later comfirmed that she is really Chloe, but from another universe.
- Alternate Self: To the Chloe from Goh's World, he say that the one he knew as "Professor Cerise's Daughter" is a redhead with blue stripes.
- Bad Powers, Bad People: While her morality is unclear, she's part of Organization Infinitum, and has the power to Mind Rape people by touching their forehead with her glowing hands.
- Fiery Redhead: Inverted, unlike most versions of Chloe, she's calm and collected.
- Fusion Dance: Its implied that this Koharu is actually Unchloe ('UnKoharu) possessing the "Vermilion Girl" from the Infinity Heart Trio.
- Chain Pain: She can also summon chains to restrain her targets as shown with Lori and Flip.
- Meaningful Rename: She change her own name to Unkoharu after tossing Koharu's Heart into a box in her bedroom.
- Mind Rape: One of her abilities, she glows her hand red and touch the forehead of someone to inflict this.
- Mythology Gag: Numerous ones actually.
- She enters someone's mind by touching someone's forehead. In Infinity Train: Blossoming Trail and Infinity Train: Seeker of Crocus, she can enter someone's mind if she touches the seal of Marchosias on her cloak.
- Goh remarks that she's a redhead compared to Professor Cerise's daughter who has red hair and blue stripes. Chloe would have gain these blue stripes at the end of the Dead Carnival Car in an attempt to change herself.
- She wields a keyblade like in Blossoming Hearts.
- And finally, she goes by Koharu like the version of her in Infinity Train: Boiling Point.
- Shout-Out: She tossing Koharu's Heart inside of a box is very similar to Kris tossing their own SOUL in a bird cage on Chapter 1.

A white-haired girl that apparently is best friends with Hazel.- Ambiguous Situation: "Linka" is typically the name of a female version of Lincoln, but whether that's the case here or if there's more to it is unknown.
- Odd Friendship: She, a seemingly ordinary white haired girl, considers herself best friends with Hazel, who's a Denizen-Human hybrid with superpowers.
- Thinking Up Portals: She can create portals to return to the palace of the Organization.
- White Hair, Black Heart: She has white hair and is part of the Organization.
Hazel
Hazel
A Turtle Girl that is with Linka, she also killed Morag.- Alternate Self: From the Hazel of Tesla Star, this Hazel even acknowledges her counterpart in here and desires to meet her.
- Hidden Agenda Villain: She wants to meet her counterpart from this story.
- Kick the Dog: She attempted to murder the Tuba of her counterpart, saying its would be a pity if she died. Thankfully, Nixlcoln save Tuba in time.
- Greater-Scope Villain: of Hooded Fantasy, she is the one who send the "Nobody Fanatsy" group to capture Tesla!Hazel.
- Mythology Gag: She's associated with purple like the Hazel in Infinity Train: Boiling Point.
- Playing with Fire: She can generate purple fire and do it in fireballs and stream of flame.
- Technicolor Fire: She was shown to use purple flames when she remembered about killing Morag.
- Vampiric Draining: She can drain energy from her targets as shown when she drained enough energy to make Tuba lose consciousness.
Nobody Fantasy
The Antagonistic group of Infinity Train: Hooded Fantasy, they were tasked to capture Tesla!Hazel and Tuba, they are part of Organizatiom Infinitum. In General
- Ambiguous Situation: Changing their names the right way spells out Lucy, Todd, Alex, and Lindsay, the name of the four named Apex kids, but what is their connection to the group is unknown.
- Gender-Equal Ensemble: Two girls (Xaldisyn and Cylux) and two boys (Dtdox and Xelax).

- Dishing Out Dirt: He can summon a shovel to manipulate earth.
