The Indigo Timeline is the main timeline where the events of "Dreams of Indigo", the April Fools story, takes place at.
It's an alternate timeline where, thanks to Goh and Celebi, things have significantly changed in Vermillion City: People are more aware of Chloe's issues, Sara and Yeardley are suspended, and so on.
Unfortunately, there's one itsy bitsy tiny little detail Goh forgot to take into account.

- Alternate Universe Reed Richards Is Awesome: Everybody in this timeline are more caring and attentive to Chloe's needs, and also much less willing to put up with the Chloes' crap.

Daughter of Professor Cerise and Talia, and Chloe Prime's counterpart. She gets quite a nasty surprise when she opens the door... only to find her other self outside.
- Other Me Annoys Me: She finds Chloe Prime absolutely unbearable, both for being a reminder of everything she isn't, and for taking everybody's attention away from her.

- Stunned Silence: Are left like this upon seeing two Chloes.
Parker Cerise
Chloe's younger brother.
- Dead Alternate Counterpart: His main timeline counterpart somehow kicks the bucket.
Renji and Chryssa
The Professor's assistants.
- Nerves of Steel: Renji, who wastes no time pointing out the faults of both Chloes.
Yamper
Chloe's pet dog.
- Shock and Awe: Even in an alternate timeline, they're still Electric Type.
Others
Goh Fujihachi
Chloe's best friend, for real this time... kind of.
- Offscreen Moment of Awesome: Whatever he did to capture Celebi of all Pokemon is a feat by itself.
Celebi
A Legendary Pokémon that Tokio once wanted to catch, and which Goh did, creating the timeline in the process.
- The Ghost: Only mentioned in Goh's Rotom Dex, doesn't appear anywhere else.
- Green Thumb: Half-Grass Type.
- Mind over Matter: Half-Psychic Type.
- Olympus Mons: A Grass/Psychic Type Time Travelling little creature
- Small Role, Big Impact: It's only because Goh caught them that this timeline even exists.
