Quirk/Meta Ability: Stress
The Grand Commander and founder of the current Meta Liberation Army and the descendant of infamous villain Destro. His public persona is the president and CEO of the Detnerat Company, which is dedicated to creating individual items fitting people with Quirks that make them unable to buy anything standardized. His Quirk — or Meta Ability as he calls it — "Stress" can use the everyday tension he accumulates to increase his strength and size.
- One-Winged Angel: In a desperate bid to kill Izuku, he injects himself with Mutagen and becomes a horrific amalgamation of black tentacles.
- Reduced to Dust: How he dies. After Gamma 1 hit him with a massive energy ball, he is completely obliterated and what remains of him can barely get any words out before he completely disintegrates for good.

Weaver is an assassin from MLA.- Back Stab: She is killed by Shina by being stabbed from behind.
- Cute and Psycho: She treats fighting Aizawa like playing with a new toy that she looks forward to breaking."I've never beat a man to death before, but Mama always said to try new things!"
- Master of Threads: Her Quirk allows her to control strings.
- Pink Means Feminine: Her outfit is chock full of pink, and behaves very princess-like, Cute and Psycho aside.
- Shout-Out: Her outfit resembles Nui Harime from Kill la Kill.
- Super-Toughness: She barely flinches when Aizawa punches her, and it feels more like hitting coils of steel wires more than hitting flesh according to him.

One of the Meta Liberation Army members who lead the attack to Midoriya Mansion alongside Shigaraki.- An Arm and a Leg: She ended up losing both arms and a leg against Kiba.
- Didn't Think This Through: during the Midoriya Mansion invasion, she engages Kiba in combat, driving Kiba into a fury by belittling Izuku. She's so confident in her Quirk supremacist views that she argues that if Kiba really had wanted to defend him, she would have to gone all out at the beginning and killed her. At that point, having reached peak frenzy, Kiba starts to chant 'kill', and turns into a berserker monstrosity whose only thought is to kill her, shocking the villain as she is beaten to near death.
- Expy: Of Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village.
- Fantastic Ableism: As a firm believer in MLA's Quirk supremacy, she finds that the OPCs are being wasted by being raised by the "Quirkless scum" like Izuku.
- Giant Woman: She is tall. 9'6 feet tall to be exact.
- Heal It with Blood: She can absorb blood through her claws to heal herself and boost her strength.
- Kicking Ass in All Her Finery: She elegantly made up in a white gown, sunhat, and heels while fighting.
- Raise Him Right This Time: Her main goal with the invasion is doing this to the OPCs, especially Kiba."You children all have wondrous power, but those ignorant curs in the government decided to push you away to the edge of the city. Treating you like outsiders rather than like the superior beings you are. And what's worse, they put you under the care of someone who doesn't even have the right to exist! Unforgivable! I'm here to correct this mistake, by killing this quirkless welp, and taking you with me, to be given to more suitable parents."
- Super-Strength: She is certainly more than a match against Kiba.
- Villain Takes an Interest: She wants to raise Kiba as her daughter for she sees a lot of similarities between them.
- Wolverine Claws: Her Quirk lets her extend her fingers into long claws that can absorb blood.
