Father Righteous Haystack
- Cult of Personality: Much like Comstock, he fancied himself as a divine prophet and led the Founders, a faction of xenophobic and religous fanatics who idealized the actual Founders of Ponyland as important figures in Southron history. His religious fanaticism got to the point where he developed a megalomaniac streak and stole a young filly away from her father in another dimension with aid from the Lace twins, all so he could indoctrinate her into becoming his "heir" and establishing Coltumbian dominance by destroying Ponyland, "The Sodomane Below".
- Expy: Of Zachary Hale Comstock from BioShock Infinite.
- Take Over the City: He and the Founders took over Coltumbia shortly after its construction, and proceeded to turn the sky city into an isolated False Utopia dominated by an extremely racist and fanatical Cult of Personality. Later on, after developing a megalomaniac streak, he turned his sights to Ponyland and desired to establish Coltumbian dominance by destroying "The Sodomane Below", and had the Lace twins steal a young filly from her father from another dimension to see his plans fulfilled.
Merciful Wit
A young Coltumbian filly and ward of Righteous Haystack. She becomes an ally of Bookish Wit, but there is more to her than what is on the surface...

Bookish Wit
A detective and war veteran who infiltrated the highly isolationist and xenophobic Coltumbia in search for his lost daughter.
- Expy: Of Booker DeWitt from BioShock Infinite.
- Missing Child: His daughter went missing as a young filly, leading to him infiltrating Coltumbia to find her. Turns out he gave away his daughter to the Lace twins in a moment of desperation, leading to Merciful Wit living under the abusive hoof of Righteous Haystack, who groomed her to become his heir and destroy "The Sodomane Below". The truth of what he did to his own daugther breaks him and motivated his initial goal to kill his past self so Righteous Haystack's atrocities -- and by extension, Coltumbia -- would never occur.
- Papa Wolf: What led to him infiltrating Coltumbia — and the events that followed — was his desire to find his missing daughter. He is devastated when he learns one of his strongest allies, Merciful Wit, is the daughter he was looking for, and that he was responsible for Merciful Wit's miserable time in Coltumbia.
