A renowned chef, owner of the restaurant Dufonte's Delights in the Imperial City, and author of The Merits of Shrieking Cheese.
- Celebrity Is Overrated: He likes being a chef, but he doesn't like all the attention that being a famous chef has brought him.Marc Dufonte: I just want to make my food, serve it to customers, and earn a living. I never wanted to have the Black Horse Courier constantly interviewing me and asking my opinion on the political climate of Cyrodiil. It's madness.
Quintus Ambivio
An Imperial actor who can be randomly encountered in the wilderness along with his long-suffering bodyguard.
- Bunny-Ears Lawyer: He may be a self-obsessed Large Ham who seems at least somewhat detached from reality, but if you ask him to teach you about acting he does apparently give some solid advice, raising your speech skill.
- Large Ham: As should maybe be expected from a self-obsessed and somewhat pretentious actor.
- Too Dumb to Live: According to his bodyguard, she once had to save him from bandits that he approached because he wanted to "get in their mindset."
