The cream soup item back in season 1 used to be known as "Droidy Cum". It was changed for pretty obvious reasons.
Additionally, several chefs had their names changed to due to the crack down on unrealistic names. Flynn for example was previously referred to as "CivilianArc". Nowadays however, his name was changed to Flynn.
Mike was previously adapted as Mike Aresta, the actual Hell's Kitchen contestant, but his surname was modified to become Mike Bentley.
This even happened with one of the black jackets in Dee Snuts, who's now referred to as Dee Cavinder.
Absolutely no one considers Droidy to be an actual robot.
Season 2
Like with Season 1, several chefs had their names modified in order to make them less cringe-worthy.
Ben Hampton's previous name was Ben Dover.
Moe Fleming's previous name was Moe Lester.
While not a name change, much like her brother, pretty much no one considers Droidette an actual robot.
Season 3
Season 4
Practically no one agrees that Droidette threw a ball in the air which turned into a bowling ball and clocked her in the head. No official replacement has been established, so perhaps the real story is up to interpretation.
Season 5
Quandale Krimp's previous name was Quandale Knickerbottoms. It was changed as the name was considered incredibly dumb.
The same was with Betsy, whose surname was previously Bitchina, but now goes by Bennington.
