Area Music

  • "Verdazure Sea" is supsenseful and mysterious, befitting a dive into a vast and unknown sea.
  • "Travoll Industries" is a steampunk-inspired theme that inspires the player to dive into the industrial hubs of Morose and uncover all its secrets.
  • "Blushwood" is a lo-fi style theme that is as peaceful as one would expect from a nature reserve.
  • "The Plagued Forest" is a pulse-pounding rock theme that reflects the dangers lurking within the forest, and the drive to push forward and adventure through the forest in spite of them.
  • "Valhalla's Breath" is an intense orchestral theme with plenty of choral chanting to match the advance towards the floating city of Valhalla and the challenges that lies along the way.
  • "Evernight Garden" inspires a sense of both tranquility and awe, reminiscent of the Garden itself - a gorgeous, ethereal glade far above the clouds.
  • "Cloister of Redemption" is a powerful rocking theme fitting for running through a heavily defended, off-limits complex teeming with danger and conspiracy.
  • "Ulvosa" is almost too intense to be just a background theme, with plenty of guitars, percussion, and bells setting up an appropriate background theme for a dive into ground zero of a cataclysmic magical disaster.
  • "Snowveil" and "Snowveil V2" are both hauntingly beautiful themes with enchanting vocals and icy-sounding piano, while the latter adds in a soaring violin and intense guitar to represent the dangers hiding behind Snowveil's beauty.
  • "Cor machina" is the oppressive heat of the Magma Pits in audio form, while still maintaining an industrial vibe to represent all of the heavy machinery and industry hard at work within the fiery depths.
  • "Dreamer's Keep" is a surprisingly calming theme for such a plot-heavy area, encapsulating the feeling of navigating through a fantastical space seemingly unbound by the laws of space and time.
  • "Sleeper's Wake" is a melancholy Tick Tock Tune for the escape from Dreamer's Keep, representative of how the story has been completely turned on its head, and embodying all of the turmoil between the royal family that led up to that moment, shown through flashbacks.

Battle Themes

  • "Chase and Chase" is an upbeat, comedic theme that plays during the escape sequences from both Golden Hands bases, perfect for running through the halls with hordes of bandits on your tail.
  • "Rising Tension", used for special enemy encounters or the Elite Trials, is just as tense as its name would imply, serving as an appropriate background theme for the player being thrown into a sudden ambush of ferocious foes.
  • "Kleptomania", the boss theme used for the members of the Golden Hands (Ribauld, Caprice, Roleo, Jezbelle), is a rousing theme with a pounding beat and energetic guitars, introducing the player into the intensity of the game's boss fights when it first plays in the tutorial, and dialing up said intensity when heard again in later fights.
  • "Technomania", Vena's boss theme, is more whimsical and upbeat, befitting a friendly spar while retaining enough intensity to show that Vena is still willing to pull out all of the stops to defeat her rival.
  • Katu, Barados, and Lily share Klazomania, a more intense and menacing theme appropriate for the player's first time venturing into unknown regions outside the tutorial and and facing more powerful threats as they hunt for Astral Gears.
  • "Mythomania", theme of Thetis and Memloch, is an enchanting blend of ethereal vocals and drum-and-bass, providing the backdrop for a slower, methodical battle against two otherworldly beings.
  • "Aboulomania", used for Malphage and the Eidolon, is far more menacing and suspenseful, fitting for how Tevi isn't fighting an average foe anymore, but instead has to bring down a massive monster born from an otherworldly plague.
  • "Monomania" from the fights with Frankie and Fray, is a suspenseful orchestra-and-piano theme that borders on Sad Battle Music at times, fitting for battles against a broken man warped by prejudice and a suffering girl forced to fight against her will.
  • "Xiphosmania" from Tybrious' fight is equal parts otherworldly and intense, and is just as relentless as the Archangel swordsman himself.
  • Vassago has "Claustromania", a march-like theme with a low choir and roaring guitars for a grueling showdown with the tyrant of the underworld in a mysterious catacomb.
  • Amaryllis contrasts her counterpart with "Angelomania", which keeps the march-like rhythm but trades the instruments for a grandiose choir and orchestra more fitting of the heavenly ruler of the realm of angels.
  • Jethro has "Hypermania", a frantic remix of "Kleptomania" appropriate for the fast-paced battle against the Golden Hands' leader.
  • "Sudden Death.T", a remix of "Sudden Death" from Rabi-Ribi, and appropriately used for the fight with Illusion Alius. It's just as fast and aggressive as the original if not moreso, and will provide a clear message for the players of the previous game: Alius is back.
  • "The Great Magician" from Charon's fight is both incredibly grandiose and hopeless-sounding, fitting for a decisive battle against the most powerful magician of Az and his overwhelming might.
  • Cyril has "Replica", an incredibly aggressive rock theme for a climactic duel against a former ally turned killer, and a desperate man who believes he has no choice but to end you once and for all.
  • "Megalomania" from the battle with Queen Tahlia perfectly blends heavy guitars with a frantic violin, creating the perfect piece to spur the player onwards to overcome Tahlia's power and end her madness for good.
  • "AKROMANIA" from the first phase against the Revenance has everything an Eldritch Abomination Final Boss could use: imposing orchestra, ominous chanting, a One-Woman Wail piercing the chaos, all wrapped up in a theme appropriate for an overwhelming final battle. Once the tides start turning and Revenance transforms, the theme switches to "ULTIMA•AKROMANIA", which dials all of that intensity way up as the music speeds up to a frantic pace and adds in rapid-fire drums as Revenance gets desperate and you scramble to finish the monster off before she does the same to you.

Other

  • "TEVI", the title theme, is upbeat and adventurous, perfectly setting the tone for the game as you adventure through Az to uncover all its mysteries.
  • "ASTRAL GEARS", used in the launch trailer, is filled to the brim with adventurous spirit and wonder, packing powerful drums and guitars backing mysterious vocals that embody the feeling of a journey's start.
  • "Memoir" from the credits theme is a somber, mournful vocal theme, fitting for the Bittersweet Ending of the game, with peace finally achieved at a heavy cost.
