- The main theme, for starters, captures the full might of Superman over a montage of his iconic moments.
- The music played as Krypton begins to shake apart, and Jor-El launches the ship containing his son. This was later reprised in a Justice League episode, "For the Man Who Has Everything", when Kal-El realizes his happy life on Krypton, with a wife and son of his own, is only an illusion and he has to leave.
- When Clark starts flying in "The Last Son of Krypton" and starts feeling happy about his powers, a heartwarming theme plays that perfectly displays his joy.
- The fifth episode of the series, "A Little Piece of Home", which introduces Kryptonite, has an unnamed, one-off villain with a jet pack. He and his crew have a completely kickass neo-50's theme that is only used for that episode.
- Lobo's episode, "The Main Man", has awesome metal play whenever he is onscreen.
- The New Batman/Superman Adventures theme.
- Darkseid's theme (featured in "Tools of the Trade" and "Father's Day") is not only awesome but Nightmare Fuel as well.
