Given the fact it may contrast to its previous entries, it's still bound to include some Awesome Moments in SpongeBob and Patrick's CGI misadventure.

Trailers & TV Spots

The "Big Game Spot" lists off what the movie will have (and we're listing the good stuff):
Featured in the first trailer, we have one scene where SpongeBob kicking his front door open and scowling like someone who's ready for a fight.
- In the same scene, Patrick says this loyalty exchange which may come off as a Badass Boast:
Patrick: Friends don't let friends go on dangerous quests alone!
The scene where Mr. Krabs, Sandy and Squidward are taking off in a submarine sandwich car, with condiment bottles as thrust boosters.

SpongeBob and his friends (Plankton included) orchestrate a catchy musical number to distract King Poseidon while the gang rescues Gary.
With help from the Sage, SpongeBob manages to stand up to Poseidon, after the king demands Gary back.

Awesome Art: Like it or not, Mirkos Image really pulled off its CGI-style on the characters and environment to the letter.
