Several, but one of the best is when Mortimer and Dustfinger come back from the dead.
At the end of Inkspell, Fenoglio tells Farid this: 'So, if you're looking for someone to blame, blame yourself. Because one thing is certain, my boy - and it's that you don't belong in this story! And if you hadn't taken it into your head to wrangle your way into it, Dustfinger would still be alive.'
But then Farid punches him. Double awesome.
When Mortimer binds the book for the Adderhead, he effectively defeats death. DEATH. And there is nothing death can do about it except be annoyed.
