Tender Treats
- Lila does a surprisingly good job fending off Bob when trapped alone with him in her kitchen. She burns his eyes with lemon juice and pepper, then quickly cooks bacon just to have a pan full of hot grease to beat him with. It hurts him enough to give her time to run and hide until the police show up, which is pretty impressive considering how durable he is.
- After being beaten, hit by a car and shot numerous times, Bob Velseb gets back up and onto the hood of the police car. Everyone is terrified and screaming, even the usually stoic Sheriff John... except for Deputy Jack, who looks absolutely pissed, glaring at the killer before running him over three times, finally putting an end to the devil.Bob Velseb: Do you know... how to tenderize meat?
Deputy Jack: (glares at him, starts up the car) I'll show you how!- Awful a person he may be, Bob Velseb's Nigh-Invulnerability. For him to ultimately die, it takes getting sprayed in the eyes with lemon juice, getting hit in the stomach and head with a frying pan, getting hit by a car, getting shot well over twenty times and getting flattened by a car three more times before he finally keels over.
Hollow Sorrows
- As soon as he sees that Patty was being possessed by Moloch, Father Gregor goes out of his way to exorcise the demon, forcing him out of every body he tries to possess afterwards until Moloch is eventually reduced to a crumbling statue. He also goes above and beyond by reading Skid and Pump the riot act for summoning Moloch before calling out Lila for letting her child go off on his own without knowing what he does for fun.Father Gregor: The Lord, The Son, The Divine Soul, and The Sacred Sky commands you to leave this realm and go back to the cold pits where you belong, Moloch. They command you to leave. LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK!!!
