• Anne Hale's power-play in the Grand Finale, in which she arranges John Alden's escape, strangles Mercy and her husband, transports Tituba to a Fate Worse than Death, casts the Countess back into her rotting corpse, and makes an arrangement with Lucifer that she'll be his new mother. What makes this even more impressive is that she does all this simultaneously, effectively blindsiding everyone on the board and rendering herself the new Queen of Salem.
