These are for moments introduced in Reload. For moments from the original game, see here.

  • On August 14, a new scene shows the protagonist running into Takaya on the Moonlight Bridge, facing off against a giant Shadow. This results in a brief alliance, where the protagonist and Takaya fight the Shadow of the Abyss, with the protagonist being Debilitated that he's barely doing damage. Takaya simply observes the protagonist as he fights, while also firing a few shots from his revolver. After three turns have passed, he lands a critical hit, and then finishes it off with a Megidola. Anti-climactic as the ending may be (that even Takaya admits it), it serves to demonstrate that Strega won't simply be a pushover like previous releases of P3.
  • Junpei's resolution takes after the scene from Portable, where he fuses Hermes and Medea together to form Trismegistus. While it was in previous iterations, Reload manages to upgrade how the scene looked like from Portable by making it animated. This moment catches everyone off-guard, as he fires off an attack in a rage to try and kill Takaya and Jin. Zeno Robinson manages to sell the grief-stricken rage that Junpei has incredibly hard.
    Junpei: Burn in HELL!
  • Near the end of the story, if you've been spending time with Akihiko, he takes you out to Naganaki Shrine on a run - only for a gang that's been harassing the two of you for a while to show up with a serious numbers advantage (as in, at least eleven people showed up on the opposing side). And neither of you brought your Evokers or combat gear - and despite this, the two of you take on the gang by yourselves and win.
    • Even more, Officer Kurosawa reveals in Akihiko's final Linked Episode that the two of you managed to do this in such a way that nobody suffered any real injuries. This is despite the fact that you seemingly knocked out every gang member present.
  • Near the end of Takaya's battle near the top of Tartarus, he decides to throw out his trivial pride, whipping out the prototype Evoker he took from the Moonlight Bridge fight in August, and uses it to trigger his own Theurgy that deals a ton of damage, reduces everyone's SP to 1, and inflicts fear to everyone hit by it.
Akihiko: What the hell...? Why can he use Theurgy!?
    • While Jin has no Theurgy in his fight right before Takaya, he's not without his own tricks. When low on health, he whips out a drug called the Potent SIM, which not only fully heals him but also both permanently boosts his attack power at the cost of poisoning him, all while yelling that he won't let SEES past.
