• Clint, as the Preacher, arrives in town and intervenes on the physical assault of one of the miners by four minions of the evil mining-company boss. He casually empties a bucket of water on a lit match-wielding goon intending on burning the meager purchases of the miner. Then he just as casually takes an axe handle from a barrel at the general store, beats the goons into submission, then thoughtfully appraises the axe handle saying "Nothing like a nice piece of hickory"... and casually tosses it at the fallen goons, hitting one of them in the family jewels.
