• When the Earl of Warwick asks the witch if she and her magic are up to the task of assassinating Thibault, the witch calls upon her powers. Summoning an Ugly Cute reptilian creature, which turns into a fully grown winged dragon that promptly breaths some fire in the Earl's face. When the Earl threatens her with death if her spell fails a moment later, she laughs at him.
• When Andre sees a rather large and chunky man bullying his young gardener. As the man knocks the girl down, Andre then valiantly steps in to defend her.
  Andre: Ah! Eh "big belly"! You dare to touch a lady?
  Chunky Man: Who the hell are you?
  Andre: I'm Andre!
  • When the man fails to comply when Andre says he should apologize? Andre pulls a friggin knife on him.
  Chunky Man: Lady? You're calling her a...
  Andre: (out comes knife)
  Chunky Man: ...Lady, right.
  • Andre then makes him kiss her feet. Who says chivalry is dead?
• Thibault walks into a themed bar thinking he'll find a wizard. When he meets a drunken bully looking to fight him with a pool cue. He proceeds to handedly defeat him.
  Thibault: (totally deadpan as a man points pool cue in his face) Don't make me kill you.
• Julia stands up to Hunter after she uncovers his duplicity, and he tries to worm his way out by calling her by her "pet" name.
  Julia: (to Thibault) Do I look like a bunny?
  Thibault: No.
  Julia: (to the Wizard) Do I look like a bunny?
  Wizard: Nay!
  Julia: Know what Hunter, I don't look like a bunny. I don't act like a bunny. I don't think like a bunny. And if you loved me, you wouldn't have tried to make me feel like a bunny! I am strong! And I am smart! And I don't need you to take care of me.
  Hunter: (feeling way too cocky) Oh really?
  Julia: (grabs Thibault's sword and points it right in Hunter's face) Courage is my creed.
  • She then proceeds to sheath the sword, and hit Hunter in the groin with it.
• When being chased by the police while on their way back to the museum, Thibault and the wizard knock-out a pair of horse-riding cops. Then ride horseback through the streets of Chicago the rest of the way.
  Cab Driver: (upon witnessing the theft and escape) Damn!
  • The car chase in general, with the Cab Driver being a Badass Bystander, taking Thibaults threats of beheading in stride and, when Julia offers him money and promises to verify, he's a hostage to the police, he easily outruns the cops.
