• The spirit of Sanguinius, Ferrus Manus, and the uncorrupted shards of Daemon Primarchs restore Emperor's compassion. Then he's empowered by souls from the future.
• The Last Church retelling. The Emperor shows Uriah why he considers religion his major enemy and shows him the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.
• The lightning of Astronomicon.
• Dante unleashing his full power against the Rangdan Theophage, The God-Eater, by calling the calling out his true name, which is imprinted in the Warp, Sanguinius.
  Dante Uriael: "I am Sanguinius, Archangel of Mankind. You have invited my Wrath, and there shall be no Mercy."
  • This event shakes the warp, earning the attention of The Emperor, Eldar Farseers, Ork Warlords, and the Chaos Gods.
  "Across the Warp the mightiest of Psykers and Warp-Predators noticed what occurred. Far away on the Bucephalus, the Master of Mankind let a small smile slip. The Angel had taken to the skies once again. Upon some distant Craftworld a prodigy ended his meditation with a shock. Feeling the future change in a storm of golden fire and silver wings. A green-skinned behemoth took a moment to pause as it throttled a rival and sniffed the air. Some ancient bestial instinct told him a fight was coming. The Chaos Gods paused the clash within the Warp, only to peer into the Materium and observe the one they coveted above all."
• The Last Stand of Khazrik Hold against Ork WAAAGH!
  • The Squats have been pushed to their last world and the Orks are coming with a ship that is the sized of a small planet. What do they do? Use a planet-sized cannon that launches the molten adamantium core of the planet upon the ship, stopping it dead on its tracks.
  • The Combat by Champion between Grunhag the Flaya and Ur-Dammaz, the Squat Champion.
  • When all seems lost, Vulkan and the Dragonforged Legion arrive in the nick of time save the Squats.
  • Ayida, the Stellar Drake and familiar of Vulkan, descending from the clouds, ignoring all weapons fire, and unleashing her flames upon the Orks.
• Dante manages to survive for four years on a planet specifically trapped to counteract his foresight.
• Tyric Baldurson slaying Opus Jorith with Gungnir, forcing the Rangdan House-Lord to behold what it truly is and reducing it to a wreck pleading to be killed.
• One in the sidestory: Unlike in canon, Kurze and his Legion succeed in cleansing Nostromo of its corruption, turning the planet "into a nocturnal world of glistening spires, artistry, justice, commerce, and industry". So much so, that it's known as “The Black Diamond of the Imperium”.
