• Salim in general. At the start of the game, he's a weary dad looking for a little rest after a rough day. By the end of it, he's the squad's vampire killing machine, surviving with nothing but a sharpened piece of truck bumper and gumption.
• Rachel determinately manning an old school M1917 machine gun when the Vampires get into the main temple area. She routs them completely.
• The final showdown. Armed with nothing but road flares and knives, the team fight off a score of Vampires during the eclipse, in possibly the best action sequence in the series.
  • It's even better when all five of them have survived to that point, showcasing a 360 shot of them readying themselves a la The Avengers (2012).
• During the Raid, if playing as Salim, you are capable of disagreeing with Dar and refusing to follow his orders on the grounds that this is a suicide mission. At one point, if choosing the Defiant option, Salim will say that he refuses to die for Dar because he has a son, to which Dar will reply:
  Dar: Your son is nothing but a thief and a stoner. He's a lost cause!
  • If you choose the Enraged option for Salim's response, he will grab Dar- the same man who compelled him to come on the raid by subtly threatening him with violence and/or death- aggressively by the front of his shirt and respond:
    Salim: Bring my son's name out of your mouth again. I dare you.
• Following the attack in the sacrificial chamber, you cut to Jason pushing a dead vampire off him. It's implied that he killed it with a knife.
  Jason: Teach you to mess with a Marine.
