- Jerkish as he is, give Troy his props for managing to keeping up, when Duncan has more of an advantage.
- Duncan managing to take out every jock in the dodgeball game.
- Belloc getting up immediately when one of the Kaiju enemies takes a hold of Margaret.
- Margaret saving Belloc by using a plane to hit one of the Kaijus.
- It's short, but near the end, when Margaret is grabbed by a Kaiju, Jenna takes Margaret's blaster and fires it at her abductor (even if it's to no real avail even though Ducnan's plan comes into action not a second later).
