"Feast on THIS, motherfucker!"
- Eric, who falls and hits his head on the sink with enough force to break it, suffers a stab wound on his chest dangerously close to where his heart ought to be as well as multiple stabs from a syringe to the face, the needle breaking off and becoming embedded dangerously close to his eye, gets attacked with a nail gun, gets attacked with a crowbar and nearly breaks his arm trying to block it, as well as getting a few full blows directly to his head. Despite this he still manages to make his way to the basement from the outside and save David from the possessed Mia, at which point she stabs Eric fatally.
- David doesn't go through with his plan to burn down the cabin with Mia in it, and moves to try and sedate her instead. This goes about as well as expected, with David seconds from death until Eric intervenes. Still, his balls must be commended—especially as, when the Deadite possessing Mia wakes up, it's wrapped in plastic and tightly bound, and is in the middle of being buried alive. A Freak Out occurs, one that's extended in the unrated cut—David's got it dead to rights, and it starts to lose it as it realizes he's going to kill it and it can't do anything to stop him.Deadite Mia: [hyperventilating] YOU'RE GONNA BURN IN HELL FOR TRYING TO KILL ME, YOU MOTHERFUCKER!!!
- The finale. David's Dying Moment of Awesome against his fallen friend now turned Deadite, Mia against the Abomination with her tearing her own damn hand off after it's pinned under the jeep, and ending with this exchange:The Abomination: I WILL FEAST ON YOUR SOUL!Mia: Feast on THIS, motherfucker! (rams the chainsaw right through its face)
- The Stinger that plays at the end of the credits:Ash: Groovy. (Turns and looks at camera)
- In September 2022, Mia and David Allen, as well as Deadite Mia, were added to Evil Dead: The Game, meaning that you can have Mia and Ash meet up and deal with the Deadites together.
