• Paul harnessing and riding the sandworm for the first time to the track "Big Battle," which climaxes in an awesome guitar riff.
• After the Baron is killed, there's the shot of Alia revelling in the victory holding a knife in her right hand, backed by a final guitar riff for the main Dune theme.
• Paul’s exchange with Reverend Mother Mohiam as she attempts to use the Voice on him:
  Paul: Don’t try your powers on me. Try looking into that place you dare not look. You’ll find me there staring back at you.
  Mohiam: You mustn’t speak-!
  Paul: SILENCE!
  [Mohiam is thrown off her feet and screams in pain.]
  Paul: I remember your Gom Jabbar. Now you’ll remember mine. I can kill with a word.
• After killing Feyd, Paul uses a sound ability on the corpse, causing the floor to crack under the sheer power. Stilgar's reaction to this is priceless.
• "Did you actually believe, even for a moment, that I would fail my Duke twice?"
