  • When Estella is about to be expelled from school, Catherine beats the Headmaster to the punch by announcing they're withdrawing from the school, preventing the expulsion from being put on her record. She also takes the opportunity to point out that the behaviour of the other students towards Estella doesn't exactly paint a positive image of the place. The Headmaster can only furiously tell the two to Get Out!.
  • The Baroness is evil but far from stupid. Early on, we see her about to get advice from some of her distributors, only for her to preempt any opinions they have by revealing extremely detailed information about their business practices, down to the account number one of the men has been sending his embezzled money into.
  • The first appearance of "Cruella" is when Estella crashes the Baroness's party in a white hooded cape and then casually asks a man for a light. When he gives it to her, she sets her cloak alight, burning it away to reveal a stunning red dress underneath. And thus, the iconic thunder-stealing fashionista is born.
  • Cruella taking on six of the Baroness's guards at once — and making sure the entire crowd knows she's doing this in high heels.
Cruella: There are six of you, so obviously you'll win. But the first two of you to arrive are going to get very badly hurt. So, discuss amongst yourselves who that is.
  • Cruella's spree of showing up the Baroness has several moments of awesome:
    • She disrupts an event by showing up on the back of a noisy motorcycle, and removes her helmet to reveal her face is stenciled with "The Future". Then her crew lights up the building to show it's been graffitied with the word "Cruella".
    • Cruella's status as the new to the Baroness's old is further cemented when Cruella gets Jasper and Horace to trap the Baroness in her car. In marches Cruella in a dress so voluminous it covers the car as she stands on its roof and unfurls a banner saying "The Past", clearly meant to be a dig at the Baroness underneath the dress.
    • At yet another event, a dump truck drives up to the Baroness and throws out what appears to be yards and yards of random fabric. Cruella emerges from the pile of fabric in a dress that incorporates a newspaper with her name in the headline. She then jumps on the side of the truck and has it drive away as she hangs on, revealing that all the random fabric is part of a massive train that trails behind her. Bonus points for an iconic Cruella laugh.
      • The train isn't just made of random fabrics, it's made of the Baroness's old gowns. A way to say the Baroness's designs are trash.
  • Cruella and her crew upstaging the Baroness's spring collection show (just after she discovers that Cruella engineered a dress sewn with moth cocoons to be in her vault and destroy her entire dress line stored there) with Artie performing "I Wanna Be Your Dog" and Cruella showing off the Dalmatian print coat.
    • For that matter, the whole moth dress sequence is a series of awesome Batman Gambits by Cruella. She designs the dress itself on her lunch break away from her workstation, knowing that the Baroness is likely to be looking for a chance to steal anything Estella would consider good enough to hide from her. Then she orders hundreds of moth cocoons as beading for the dress, opening the crate Horace delivers them in right in front of the Baroness, and beads the dress with them at her workstation, trusting that the Baroness is so conceited she wouldn't imagine someone subverting her in the open like that. Then she has Horace and Jasper stage a fake break-in so that the Baroness will overreact and store the dresses in the vault where the moths will have nothing but the other dresses to feed on when they emerge and no one will see it happening until it's too late. Then she steals the vault key so it can't be opened without destroying the vault door - which must be done immediately because the reveal of the Baroness's spring line is happening right then - ensuring that the fiasco has maximum impact. The whole thing is truly a thing of beauty.
  • Cruella frees Jasper and Horace from prison by driving a garbage truck directly into the police station and sending Wink in with a lock-picking kit.
  • At the Baroness's Charity Gala, Cruella manages to sneak in by tricking every single person attending into wearing the same outfit as her, down to her hair. The look on the Baroness's face is priceless. The stunt also has the side effect of forcing the Baroness to toast the "fallen" Cruella to look proper in the face of all her "mourners", which is the worst humiliation a narcissist like her could endure.
  • Cruella tricking the Baroness into pushing her (as Estella) off a cliff, leading to her downfall. Bonus points for getting back up on the cliff and changing costume quick enough to show up again as Cruella while the Baroness is being loaded into a cop car, showing the Baroness she has won completely.
