• Peter using his medical skills to call out the biased judge during his "trial".
  Peter: Faith, there's a witness that you can't deny: yourself! For if I'm not a physician, how is it I know that you're a dying man? The death to which you're dooming hundreds of poor men daily, in a frantic effort to send their souls to perdition before your own. It's a light pleasantry, compared to the bleeding death in the lungs to which the great Judge has condemned you.
  • Peter even manages to get the last laugh in the end, albeit by a quark of fate. All thanks to King James need for extra slaves to be shipped to Jamaica. In the end, Peter goes on to live, while the Judge likely died shortly after Peter's trial.
• Peter and his friends tossing Colonel Bishop off the recently captured pirate ship. The man deserved it for being an Ungrateful Bastard, among other things.
• The duel between Peter and Captain Levasseur.
• Lord Willoughby, although he takes a while to bring up key bits of information, for being able to convert a ship full of pirates who were scoffing at the idea of sailing for King James II into loyal privateers for King William of Orange in under five minutes.
  • Also Lord Willoughby pulling a Defiant Captive against Captain Levasseur.
