  • Jensen Ackles plays main character Dean Winchester in every episode, a shapeshifter in 1.06 "Skin," a nightmare-demon form of Dean in 3.10 “Dream a Little Dream of Me,” a possible future self in 5.04 "The End", a Leviathan in 7.06 "Slash Fiction", Alternate Michael possessing Dean in 13.23 "Let the Good Times Roll" and several season 14 episodes, and Dean Winchester from an alternate universe in 15.13 "Destiny's Child".
