BWTW Chapter 8: Chapter 8: I May Be A Christian Fundamentalist, But I'm Also A Trollfic Author!

Written By: Thomas

POV: Michael

Before getting into the part in which he denies being a troll and insists that the author is real, Thomas mentions that he's going to Riverside.

Michael, on Hagrid's request, prepares a speech to the Christians, and studies the Bible for an hour to prepare for it. He's struggling to choose between Christ's resurrection and the 10 Commandments, but he instead goes with how two wolves killed 42 children for mocking one of God's prophets, having come to realize that it fits with the Prayer Warriors' desire to kill their enemies. Because Jerry's interested in it, Michael decides to talk about Peter's travels in the Book of Acts, and converting people from the false gods of the Greeks and Romans. Of course, killing said gods seems to work better for the Prayer Warriors' goals.

The meeting at Hagrid's house is quite popular, with a few hundred "secret Christians" in attendance, in spite of how Hogwarts apparently only has 280 students. Jerry gives a speech about how homosexuality is evil, and the Prayer Warriors will kill anyone who does not share their beliefs, mentioning the two wolves in the process. He says to this end, he and Jerry will find out information about Dumbledore.

Hagrid gets up to speak, but the students don't trust him as a former teacher (one has to wonder why they're even here if they've turned away from witchcraft, and will be persecuted and killed if they're found out), but Ebony asks them to let him speak. He then says "I may be a Hogwarts teacher, but I'm also a Christian!", making yet another My Immortal Shout-Out that earns cheers from the audience.

Jerry informs the Christians of his success against the evil gods in America, but says that Satan is in hiding and Dumbledore might know something about it. He states his intention of doing away with Satan and the royal family, so that England will become just like the Prayer Warriors want it to be. In a somewhat tense-confused sentence, Jerry seems to reassure his followers that they're winning and are doing the right thing.

Jerry says that the Doomsday is coming, not when [[ wiki/Harold_Camping Harold Camping]] predicts (I assume that's his name; he spells it as "Campo"), but 66 days later.

The meeting adjourns and Draco, attracted to Ebony, expresses a desire to marry her.

The author complains about Brasta Septim and Idiosy, says the usual about his critics going to hell, and suggests that he'll continue the other Prayer Warriors story.

Next Installment: Life goes on and Michael learns some information he should know by now.
