The chapter begins with Oarai under attack from Anzio, but reinforcements arrive, and they seemingly push back their attackers, taking out a few of the tankettes. Miho remains wary, however, and asks Yukari to scan the area. The group is confident that Anzio's dividing their forces will be their undoing, but Miho soon realizes that Anzio is luring them into a trap, the same way they tried to lure in St. Gloriana. Miho informs Yukari that she has a plan for her, which is not shown until later.
Yukari then tells the others that the real fight is just beginning, and they manage to take out a fourth tank. Anzio's attack manages to take out Rabbit Team. Yukari decides to shield the flag tank with the Char B1 Bis' bulk, while ordering Aya to takehits from the front. The StuG is able to take out another of Anzio's tanks. As the Char B1 Bis deflects another shot, Erwin and Yukari joke about their situation while Aya doesn't find it funny. For a temporarily formed team, there's a nice dynamic going on between those three.
Miho's plan is then revealed in a flashback. Her plan is for Anglerfish and Turtle Team to flank and take down the P40, while the other four Oarai tanks withstand fire from seven Anzio tanks. Momo appears less than confident about the use of "decoys," even if her team isn't in the group, but Yukari is confident that they can do it.
Duck Team aims for the enemy's tracks, and Yukari uses her gun to immobilize the enemy while having Aya finish them off with hers. The chapter ends with Yukari determined to hold the front.
