Scene 8 (Tiro Finale): You fear true salvation.

Psyga: And so... we arrive! Draco’s lair!

Haruto: Wait, this guy’s going to cream us! Why do we have to take on a dragon? They’re impossible to beat on the first level!

MYTHIC: I have altered the stats of the Dragon you shall fight. Do not worry about it. Remember the purpose for this is to test out the MYTHIC system, not play Dungeons and Dragons.

Psyga: What are we waiting for then? Let’s have an epic battle!

Our heroes enter the lair of King Draco. {passed Chaos check}

“The door seems to be locked...” Elfalcon said. Olodak sighed, and then decided to approach the door.

“Let me handle this.” He said as he swung his fist to the door. [Strength Check. DC: 15. Roll... 12] It created a knock, but not enough to break it. However, the door then seemingly opened itself. Olodak noticed that only the daughter was in there, and thus he didn’t run. However, Elfalcon ran ahead to her... only to notice a large white dragon looking down on them.

“Ah... if it isn’t my traitor’s little slave... How are you doing?” the dragon asked Olodak.

“My father wasn’t a traitor!” Olodak said to the dragon as he puffed out his chest.

“Ah. I see... trying to threaten me, are we? Very well. Two can play at that game!” The dragon said, snarling, and then proceeded to snap. [Duel Intimidate Check: Olodak: 10, King Draco: 16, Elfalcon = 15, Graceella = 4]

All three adventurers froze in fear as the dragon then laughed.

“Figures,” He said with a grin, “no one is a clear match against King Draco. Leave my sight, and don’t dare you return!” King Draco said.

Psyga: Wait... we’re just gonna sit there and let them take it? Can we roll a “snap out of it” check?

[Odds: Likely. Chaos Factor: 3. Roll... 85]

Psyga: Welp, we’re fucked.

Haruto: Not quite. Could I control my hawk?

[Odds: Very likely. Chaos Factor: 3. Roll... 53]

Haruto: Alright. I send it to attack.

Soon, Elfalcon’s Hawk flew off and swooped to attack King Draco.

  • Hawk (23)
  • King Draco (15)

The hawk swooped in and clawed at King Draco with its talons. [Attack Roll: 18 vs. 15 AC... Success!] [Damage Roll: 0] and while it didn’t damage the dragon, it did leave him quite surprised, snapping the three out of their fear.

“Alright! Let’s grab the daughter and get out!” Elfalcon said.

“No way! I have a score to settle with King Draco!” Olodak said as he is about to go to battle.

“Our goal is to save Maurice’s daughter! Not kill Draco!” Elfalcon said. He then turned to Graceella. “Graceella, help me out!” Elfalcon said.

“Erm... If we take him on, we’re dead?” Graceella said, not sure what to say. [Diplomacy check: DC: 10. Roll... 11]

“... Very well. I know where he lives after all. Hey! Wench! Come! We’re leaving!” He said as he took her by the arm and ran out of the room, the hawk flying after them. However, Draco, in pure anger, then breathed in, and then blew out a breeze of cold air, enough to freeze the entire room. {Oh boy, here comes the roll up!}

Cold Breath Roll Results:

  • King Draco: 20
  • Olodak: 16
  • Elfalcon: 5
  • Graceella: 9
  • Hawk: 12
  • Maurice’s Daughter: 17

The blast affected the entire room and froze everyone within the room. [Damage Roll: 16] Everyone in the room, Graceella, Elfalcon, Maurice’s daughter, and the hawk, all froze to death. Olodak, however, had something inside him. Something that kept him going. Revenge. He wasn’t frozen like the rest, but rather slowed down by the ice. He ran forth and attacked, in a rage for trying to cheap shot him. {Rage activated} [Attack Roll: 17 vs. 15 AC... Success!] [Damage Roll: 14] King Draco screeched as the damage he had received. Clearly, this orc was intending to murder him. Was it for revenge? Possibly. In either case, he’d make a good snack. [Attack Roll: 16 vs. 14 AC... success.]

Chomp. And that was all she wrote. All three heroes were killed in a single blow. Who would have known that taking on a level 1 Dragon was so hard?

Psyga: No... I’m not letting it end like this...

Psyga then gets out a character sheet and forces it on the table, much to Haruto and Yui’s curiosity.

FAAAAAAAAAAATHEEEEEEEEEER!!!” shouted a person as he ran into the ice cold field. He was dressed in hellhound hide and was holding the head of one too. In one hand, he had a greatsword and on his back, a quiver and crossbow. He was a black-haired, green-eyed human who pointed his sword to the King.

“Uh... Psyga, what are you doing?” The King asked the person.

“The name isn’t Psyga, foul fiend! I am Dragonball The Nova King! And I will kill every dragon in existence to avenge my family bloodline, and even then I’ll just find someone else to avenge the bloodline! Because that’s what anime heroes do! Seek revenge!” Dragonball said.

“Uh, one, that’s only one anime, and two, that anime clearly pointed out that the guy was off his rocker.” Elfalcon said.

“SHUT UP! You’re supposed to be dead! DEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAD!” Dragonball said, stabbing his Greatsword into the elf.

“Wow, who’d think you’d be a sore loser?” Elfalcon said.

“Sensors indicate that Psyga hates...” Graceella said.

“And you shut up as well! Yes! Let’s point out the obvious! Sensors indicate you’re an obnoxious prick!” Dragonball said as he stabbed Graceella as well. He then turned to King Draco.

“MOOOSE...” Dragonball said as he prepared a massive Magic Missile. “GO...” He then flung it to the king. “DIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE!” He screamed.

Just outside the church, in which the ogre was beating up the priest, the ogre turned to the explosion occurring at what was once King Draco’s castle.

And that is how Equestria was made... Wait...

The holograms then die off.

MYTHIC: Well, that was further proof that my GMing is a failure.

Psyga and Haruto: Wait what?

Yui: See, we were assigned to make sure the RPG was a success, but instead, we went with the tactic of a Total Party Kill, and that ended up ruining the fun of the RPG, and thus, we failed.

MYTHIC: Our creators will have our rear circuits for this.

Psyga: Wait, creators?

Suddenly, breaking into the warehouse was a large purple dragon stuck inside a castle. The dragon roared as a gold and red armored warrior swooped down and grabbed Psyga.

Wataru: Thank god I found you! Kazuma and the others were worried!

Haruto: A... A Kamen Rider!?

Wataru then turns to the MYTHIC computer

Wataru: What is the meaning of this?

MYTHIC: We were simply running a test!

Wataru: Without our permission? You should know better than to kidnap another person’s test subject.

Psyga: Wait, I thought I was no longer... waiiit... Right. Repurposed the experiments... Never mind.

Wataru: Time to end this!

Wataru then takes out the Zanvat Sword, a sword with a bat clutching onto the sword and acting like a hilt, and pulls out the small mask from the bat. He then puts it on his belt, a slightly smaller bat.

Kivat: WAKE UP!

Wataru then pulls the hilt to the tip, then back down, lighting the sword up in a red light. He then struck at the computer, cutting it in half.

MYTHIC: YOU... YOU SIGNED YOUR DEATH WAR-RANT! YOU WILL BE... EX-TIR-MIN-AAAAAT-EEEEEEED!

Mythic then blows up. Wataru then grabs Haruto and Yui and runs into Castle Doran as it flies out of the exploding warehouse.

Psyga: Goddamn it... Thanks for saving my ass, Watty.

Wataru dehenshins.

Wataru: Don’t mention it. Now... what to do with you two...

He turns to Haruto and Yui.

Haruto: If you can just drop me off at my place, that’d be good. I still have Phantoms to take on, after all.

Wataru: And as for you... You could be useful to us. I’ll send you to Kazuma for interrogations. Find out who created you.

Yui: Acknowledged. I shall talk to the best of my ability.

Psyga: Well... this has been a turn of events... I actually found the game to be interesting... Wonder if I’ll ever get to play it again...

“Seems we failed...” Said a man who was exploring the wreckage.

“Leave it to Psyga to rage.” Another man said, holding an Ak47.

“His Rageplaying was expected. I was surprised that it managed to perform a total party kill... Perhaps this failure wasn’t a failure after all...” One final man said, approaching the wreckage and pulling out a glass eye that was the eye of MYTHIC. “Yeeeeeeesss... MYTHIC’s purpose isn’t done yet... It still has one more task to perform... HHHTHTHTHTHTTH!” He hissed as the eye glowed blood red.

End!

{OOC: In hindsight... I probably shouldn't have rushed it as much as I did.}
