Go To

Luigi Mario walked coldly through the forest. Dead trees surrounded him on all sides, and two ravens watched from above, meeting Luigi's cold gaze and flying away in terror. He marched onward, staring intently at a map clutched roughly in his hands. Eventually, he approached the mansion his brother, Mario Mario, had been abducted into.

Luigi Mario skipped happily through the forest. Lush, pink-leaved trees lined the path, and two smiling squid watched from above, waving hello to Luigi before flying away on their soft white wings. Luigi cheerfully proceeded onward, gently holding a map leading to his destination. Eventually, he approached a large, gingerbread-house-like mansion made of gumdrops, brightly-colored wallpapers, and skeletal pieces. His quest was to vanquish the fun-hating Dark Lord who had recently escaped into the mansion.

Luigi pushed the door open, eyes unmoving and cold as he took in the dusty foyer of the the mansion. A door wreathed in sharp brambes stood before him, but Luigi stared intently at the door on the second floor of the foyer.

Much to Luigi's disappointment, the door on the second floor didn't want to open yet. He wanted Luigi to bring him his lost toy, which he dropped somewhere. Luigi proceeded back down to the first floor, where a floating orange dropped the toy for him.

"Thanks!"

Luigi gave the toy to the door, who gladly opened up, letting Luigi in.

A cold chill washed over Luigi's body as he entered the Parlor, but it found itself beat; the cold chill emanating from Luigi's body overpowered it and made the room itself feel even colder for its other residents. Three orange ghosts watched the man who had thrust the door open, before deciding to harass him. They approached the man, who stood there, eyes fixed on the three of them. Shaking off a perturbed feeling, the ghosts proceeded towards him, intent on satisfying their desire for mischief and violence on him.

Suddenly, a short man in a white lab coat ran into the room, a bizarre vacuum cleaner strapped to his back.

"Go on, lad! Get out of here! These ghosts aren't friendly!"

The cow mooed at Luigi, before turning to the three floating oranges hovering near Luigi. The cow ate the oranges, letting out a satisfied moo, before it began to leave. Luigi followed the cow out of the mansion and to a small igloo built outside it.

"Mooooo."

Luigi admired the cow, and watched it.

Professor Elvin Gadd, ghost researcher and hunter, felt uneasy at the stare the man in green was giving him. He hadn't said a word or even changed his facial expression once this whole time.

"...So as I was saying, I saw a man who looked like you, but in red, get kidnapped by the Boos! Do you perhaps know him?"

Luigi did not answer.

"...Well, we need to save him! I'm getting too old for this, but I saw how you stood fast before those ghosts! You remind me of my old hunting days! Here, I want you to take this."

He felt somewhat unsure about trusting this man with his Poltergust 3000, but he had spares if it broke. Of course, breaking the Poltergust wasn't the main concern...

The cow mooed once more, and Luigi, brimming with happiness, left the igloo and returned to the mansion, hungry for fruit.

"Poor boy... sure seems like something is wrong with him..."

Hehe! Love the way you show what is really going on, and how Luigi perceives the events of the game.
