Interlude: A statement and a dilemma.
It's been a little while since I did this. I hope to continue doing more of these now that I'm about done with the Fire Emblem Blazing Sword Draft. I wanted to start off this post by further proving some of the rants I made in the past installment or two, that Astro Boy: Omega Factor, and Fantastic Four: Flame On are very similar. BEHOLD!!
With that out of the way, here we come to the heart of my post. A few days ago I did my next random.org roll to find my next game to play. the Random Number Goddess was teasing me with 2 Licensed Videogames, and now it tortures me again with my next result: 2136 - Gyakuten Saiban (J)
For those of you who aren't in the know, Gyakuten Saiban is the japanese name for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. B-b-b-but that's a DS game, right? Well the original version of it was on the GBA, and was later ported to the DS with the 2nd screen functions, micro support, etc. which is what America got.
So what's the issue? The Phoenix Wright games are awesome, right? Exactly, and that's the problem. I've played this game before so it won't be a new experience for me, and probably not for many of the readers. There's also the question about how to go about playing it. Basically, here are my options:
A. Ignore this roll and reroll (due to having played it before in late 2007)
B. Play the DS version of it (due to that being the version in English)
C. Play the GBA version of it (due to this being a GBA thing)
D. Ask T Vtropes
what to do while I try to figure out what I want to do.
So guess what I picked? If any of you have thoughts on what might be a good way to go, be sure to comment it, please. And NO, I don't want to here "Hmmm, idk. This is your liveblog, do what you feel is best ^_^" Encouraging words are great, but I'm asking because I'd like your opinion if you have one. (if you're equally unsure, that's understandable).
