It seems that the Stand isn't userless; the user is the plankton. I like the lampshading of Foo Fighters' inexplicable knowledge of astrophysics.

Even for a character in a scanslation, Hermes has a pretty foul mouth. I don't mind much in this case because she seems like the kind of person who would swear a lot.

OK, now the profanity is entering Narm territory.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/31/p-18

Jolyne's pose is even more Narmful.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/32/p-4

She actually is fighting to defend someone else here (Jotaro).

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/32/p-8

I think Jolyne is about to get injured here.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/32/p-9

I guessed right this time.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/32/p-10

I cannot, however, guess how Jolyne just won.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/32/p-12

This is a key tactic in Jojo battles. If you can't attack the Stand, attack the user; if you can't attack the user, attack the Stand; if you can't attack either, attack the MacGuffin.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/32/p-19

A nice irony, since Foo Fighters claimed to be unable to understand non-altruistic self-sacrifice.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/32/p-21

Defeat Means Friendship. But how are they going to explain all those deaths to the prison authorities?

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/32/p-22

So Foo Fighters is userless after all, but for precisely that reason, isn't really a Stand, much like the shapeshifting alien from Part 4.

Why didn't Xander Mc Queen's disk reject him? Is it because the original user of Highway to Hell had less willpower than Jotaro?

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/33/p-7

I guess Foo Fighters had to be given a human body so it/she would be more appealing to human readers.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/33/p-8

Every adventuring party from Part 4 on has a healer.

http://www.mangarush.com/manga/jojo39s-bizarre-adventure-stone-ocean/33/p-10

"Potential" is a rather vague term. In most shonen manga it would mean willpower, but in the context of Jojo it could just as easily mean fate.

I'm not sure what Jotaro knows that a random person at the Speedwagon Foundation doesn't know.

So White Snake's user is a prison chaplain.
