Live Blogs Persona 4: Self Challenge Expert Run!

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, one and all!

This is a liveblog detailing a simple self-imposed challenge in Persona 4. Having completed the game on Normal difficulty, I felt the need to tackle Expert!

However, there's always baggage when it comes to challenging oneself on a New Game+, as I am doing, mostly to access the extra bosses on this route. As a result I've opted to make use of a simple solution to this problem:

I will not abuse the Persona Compendium. I may only summon Personas that I have already obtained through Shuffle Time! or Fusion.

I will, admittedly, be taking advantage of my maxed Social Stats (Expression, Understanding, Knowledge, Courage, and Diligence) and a fairly large yen purse from my last playthrough, but I feel that it will not degrade the challenge TOO much.

So without further ado, we shall now dive into one year in the life of Yu Narukami, and the strange journey he will have, finding that an innocent sin could lead to the world's eternal punishment...

I did like Narukami's reaction to the clock. What was up with that anyway?

Also, I am loving Narukami's commentary on stuff.

An interesting choice for what days to begin and end an update on. I commend your cleverness, even though most people won't know what I'm talking about for quite some time.

Anyways, best of luck with your next dungeon! And if you ever need a little extra boost, don't forget to talk to random people and complete their Fetch Quests in exchange for valuable recovery items!
