Who reads the End User Licensing Agreement? No one? Well, that's just what the ba guys were counting on!
"In the fine print" of a contract (especially for software and a Deal with the Devil
) will be malicious clauses stipulating anything from payment in first born sons to waiving the right to wear purple, and it'll come up when the grinning devil-lawyer
wants to avoid livin up to their promises, coerce the heroes into fetching a macguffin
or to cover their betailed rear.
Expect the contract to get destroyed and/or overruled due to even more obscure legalese.
