Who reads the End User Licensing Agreement? No one? Well, that's just what the ba guys were counting on! "In the fine print" of a contract (especially for software and a Deal with the Devil) will be malicious clauses stipulating anything from payment in first born sons to waiving the right to wear purple, and it'll come up when the grinning devil-lawyer wants to avoid livin up to their promises, coerce the heroes into fetching a macguffin or to cover their betailed rear.

Expect the contract to get destroyed and/or overruled due to even more obscure legalese.
