when a character starts acting like, well, a douche when he or she gets superpowers. not to be con fused with With Great Power Comes Great Insanity. with this troupe, the character is evil on purpose.

EXAMPLES:

  • In spiderman 3, peter parker becomes a scumbag after using his black suit.

  • in chronicle, andrew and his friends use their to pull pranks.( it would be better to watch the movie to see)

  • not really a douche, but ann arbor uses his jump power to steal money from a bank.
