Third Act Power Loss

Near the end of a superhero story, they get severely weakened

Do We Have This One? Essentially, what it says in the Laconic Label. During the third act of a movie, the tail end of a limited comic series, or other such similar story, a powered individual loses most or all of their strength, be it due to Kryptonite or other factors. They then proceed to--barely--win the day, proving that they are in fact a HERO and not just someone with all the advantages. This makes the fight more dramatic and also makes the character more relatable.

About halfway through the original Half Life, Gordon Freeman is mugged by a couple of soldiers and stripped of all his weapons, and has to start over again gaining them.

"a powered individual loses most or all of their strength" is almost textbook Depower.
