Alice thinks she has caught Bob doing something bad. Bob of course is innocent and can easily explain this misunderstanding, but Alice won't hear any of it. No matter what Bob says, she will interrupt him, not even giving him the chance to correct this misunderstanding. Bob is Not Given the Chance to Explain

This trope is usually seen on kids cartoons and sitcoms. It can be justified under the right circumstances, if not, it's can become a Wallbanger. Related to Not What It Looks Like and We Could Have Avoided All This. Not to be confused with No Time to Explain.
