Becoming The Costume

It's Halloween and the kids are trick-or-treating and everything is normal, but something magical is afoot, and it makes it so that people become whatever costume they are wearing. So if you're dressed as a werewolf, you actually become a werewolf.

I've seen this a couple of times. The Fairly Oddparents Season 2, Episode 13: "Scary Godparents". and Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 2, Episode 6: "Halloween"

I looked on those pages to see if they had it, but the closest I could get was Evil Costume Switch, which is just when someone shows that they're evil by wearing a new outfit. Becoming the Mask seems close, but it doesn't magically transform one into a mummy or vampire and they aren't really wearing a physical mask.

The Goosebumps book The Haunted Mask (also adapted for TV, I believe) had this.

The "Xanadu" storyverse is all about this. At a costume convention with ten thousand in attendance, costumes become real and those wearing them are changed.

In The Simpsons "Treehouse of Horror XVI" third segment, "I've Grown a Costume on Your Face," a witch curses the town by making them become their costumes.

The DCOM ''Halloweentown II" had this, with the villains giving the heroine's mother dress up in a really monstrous costume so that she'd become a really scary monster.
