Tsundere, Kuudere, Yandere

Ever run into those times when a mostly male character is surrounded by three love interests - one of each?

Name Space:
Page Type:
So, you've got an Unlucky Everydude or an Ordinary High-School Student - and more often than not, one of them will be a Tsundere - either sharp and brash towards the protagonist in his or her denial of their feelings or full-blown abusive. The other one will have a Sugar-and-Ice Personality - serious and cold, but warms up to the protagonist later on. And the last will usually be a character who is a lot more shy, but will either turn out to be a Clingy Jealous Girl, Cute and Psycho or a full-blown Yandere.

We have a lot of Love Dodecahedron tropes, I strongly suspect this is already covered. Start at Betty And Veronica and Wiki Walk yourself around a while.

This doesn't actually seem to be covered.

Considering that all three of these are trope names already, the first thing we need to do is change the name.

    Perhaps Three Temperament Harem?

I agree with Three Temperament Harem. Also, an example:

I don't think we really need this trope. Because there's aren't any series with three or more love interest with one of them is a Yandere, the other one is a Tsundere and the last one have a SugarAndIcePersonality.

On further reflection, when you have more than one contender for the Love Interest, of course they are all going to have contrasting personalities, because if they didn't, the audience wouldn't be able to tell them apart. Betty And Veronica is a trope because that particular contrast is very common, but I suspect 3F:1M love asterisks are already rare enough that "3F:1M with one each kuudere, yandere, tsundere" is Too Rare To Trope.

(And now I'm wondering if someone has ever deliberately done a harem show where all the potential love interests are indistinguishable-to-the-audience.)

So far we have exactly one example. Without more examples all of the other questions are moot.

Fate Stay Night is a dubious example. Sakura has been ruled out as Yandere repeatedly. She is a Clingy Jealous Girl though.

I'm not sure this is going to work.

Bump. If this doesn't pick up more examples in one week I'm going to discard it.
