Uh, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but the description isn't a limerick.

Radio, or however you want to sort it:
    • Wait Wait Dont Tell Me uses three of these a week in the Listener Limerick Challenge, which requires the listener to fill in the last word of a news-related limerick.

And one of my personal favorites:
There once was a lady named Bright,

^So sue me, I suck at limericks anyway. If anyone can think of a better description, be my guest. And for the record, this is actually a Wiki Page that allows you to come up with a limerick about a certain TV show, movie, or even a trope, sort of like the Haiku Wiki.

    ...

I'm sure there are good places on the Web to share Limericks. But this wiki isn't one of them.

    My all-time favorite:

There once was a gas man named Peter
Who went out to check the gas meter
    He lit up a spark
Which blew up in the dark
And, as you can see by this poem, he totally destroyed the meter.

    How about this concoction:

There was one fair Lady of Paris,

Who shagged an old Leper named Harris,

    When asked what was wrong,

He yelled "My cock, it is gone!"

She sighed, "Fine. Let's go search the terrace."
