Justified though, as the movie implies that she is NOT supposed to be that Camilla since she does NOT act, think, or even look like the other Carmilla and thus the two are separate characters. It's entirely possible she's another member of the Karnstein family with the same name.

Immediately turning several people to his zombie slaves upon being accidentally revived, Dracula secretly spreads his army by luring various people into traps that allow him to increase his vampiric zombie numbers. Turning [[Characters/BatmanThePenguin Penguin]] into a guide and servant, infiltrating an upper class party under the guise of "Dr. Alucard," and decimating an entire squad of police, Dracula bests even Batman in combat near-effortlessly, outdoing the Dark Knight's anti-vampire tactics with ease. After using Joker as a distraction so he can kidnap Vicki Vale as a sacrifice to resurrect Camilla, Dracula hopes once more be united with his lover and together rule over Gotham as a dark king and queen.

On top of that, there was the theatrical yet unauthorized 1968 Filipino comedy film, ''Batman Fights Dracula'', which is now sadly lost.

Toonami even mistakenly gave it a TV-Y7 rating during its first airing and only later upgraded it to a (much better fitting) TV-PG.
