Much like with Trini from ''Mighty Morphin'', it's unknown if this also marks the death of Shane in-universe as well, but it means we most likely will never see him on-screen again (while a major crossover may have all the Ninja Storm Rangers, there will likely be no needed confirmation on who's wearing the red suit, unlike the MMPR Rangers whenever the Yellow Ranger shows up between when Aisha leaves at the end of Alien Rangers and ''Film/MightyMorphinPowerRangersOnceAndAlways'').
8	* DawsonCasting: Pua Magasiva (Shane) and Adam Tuominen (Hunter) were in their early 20s, Jorgito Vargas Jr. (Blake) was in his mid-20s, and Jason Chan (Cam) was in his early 30s (though it's implied Cam is older than the others, it's highly unlikely he's ''that'' much older).
9	* DistancedFromCurrentEvents: "Snip It, Snip It Good" was delayed from its original air date due to then-recent outbreak of the Iraq War as it was felt that the original plot concerning a peace conference to try and avert a war was inappropriate. The show did finally air later with the peace conference substituted for an environmental conference.
