8	** There's something hysterical about the fact that he ''smiles'' when he turns down the chance to re-connect with his daughter, just to help him get more into Tenma's mindset.
9	* Tenma told Gillen--an old classmate that though Tenma looked down on him for cheating on his medical exam-- that [[NotSoAboveItAll he cheated on the test too]]. Gee Dr. Gillen, those years of resentment must have felt kinda pointless after that revelation, huh?

12	* Dieter trying to be badass in the club. He orders an alcoholic beverage, drinks without problems and walks away... only to throw up outside.
13	* Tenma and the little girl laughing at the Badass gun trainer who is unable to use chopsticks though. He gives Tenma a death glare and Tenma gets that [[OhCrap Oh crap]] look on his face and pretends he wasn't laughing while the child continues to eat flawlessly.
14	* Heckel's reaction to that rare rug being destroyed in order to stop the Turkish district fire from getting worse.
15	* In "Be My Baby", Heckel and Dieter playing soccer... or rather, Dieter trying to play with Heckel and Heckel becoming increasingly annoyed about it.

25	* At least on a second viewing, the end of Episode 43 is pretty funny in a BlackComedy way. We cut between Suk's dead superiors and him telling Anna that [[HorribleJudgeOfCharacter she's the one person he can definitely trust.]] In the dub, this is set to some ''hysterical'' SoundtrackDissonance, as an upbeat song plays in the bar. Also, if you look closely, you can see the look on "Anna's" face change to a barely-perceptible smirk, as if to say, "Yeah, I've totally got him now."
26	* When Johan, disguised as Anna, is telling Suk not to tell anyone about the Kinderheim tape, they suddenly realize that they've gotten a ''little'' too close together. Suk starts blushing, and you can see Johan mentally freeze for just a moment, like he's wondering if he should actually go for it! This gets more awkward when he looks around and spots another couple a few feet away who are making out like there's no tomorrow.
27	** The fact this is one of the only times that something catches Johan off guard qualifies by itself.
28	* Similar to the dark humor inherent in some of Johan's scenes, some of [[EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor Roberto's one-liners]] casually taunting his intended victims and/or justifying truly atrocious acts are amusing (if uncomfortably and disturbingly so). For one, his interactions with Dr. Reichwein when he attempts to assassinate him during a session and toys with the psychologist as the [[OhCrap dawning realization]] that the man he is counseling is really Johan's AxCrazy follower hits him.

32	** When Tenma is captured by the police and realizes that "Alfred Baul," one of his defense attorneys, is really Roberto, who survived the University of Munich Library fire and proceeds to rub it in Tenma's face, while semi-facetiously justifying his plans to murder Eva Heinemann as part of Tenma's defense strategy. The funniest part is that, while Tenma obviously objects openly to Roberto's nonchalant proposals to get rid of Eva (motivating him to later break out of police custody to protect her), his delayed reaction during Roberto's HannibalLecture and his [[GoodCannotComprehendEvil response trying to appeal to Roberto's logic and empathy]] make it appear as though he is taking both Roberto's rhetorical question and current status as his supposed "legal counsel" seriously (or maybe even internally considering the merits of Roberto's "legal strategy" because Eva is just that big of a RichBitch HateSink earlier in the series).
