* At least on a second viewing, the end of Episode 43 is pretty funny in a BlackComedy way. We cut between [[spoiler: Suk's dead superiors]] and him telling [[spoiler: Anna]] that [[HorribleJudgeOfCharacter she's the one person he can definitely trust.]] In the dub, this is set to some ''hysterical'' SoundtrackDissonance, as an upbeat song plays in the bar. [[spoiler: Also, if you look closely, you can see the look on "Anna's" face change to a barely-perceptible smirk, as if to say, "Yeah, I've totally got him now."]]
* When [[spoiler: Johan!]]Anna is telling Suk not to tell anyone about the Kinderheim tape, they suddenly realize that they've gotten a ''little'' too close together. Suk starts blushing, and you can see [[spoiler: Johan mentally freeze for just a moment, like he's wondering if he should actually go for it! This gets more awkward when he looks around and spots another couple a few feet away who are making out like there's no tomorrow.]]
** The fact this is one of the only times that something catches [[spoiler: Johan]] off guard qualifies by itself.
* Similar to the dark humor inherent in some of Johan's scenes, some of [[EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor Roberto's one-liners]] casually taunting his intended victims and/or justifying truly atrocious acts are amusing (if uncomfortably and disturbingly so).
