** The last few levels of the game are pretty difficult as well ([[MultipleEndings depending on which ending you're going to go with]]). Basically if you [[spoiler:decide to find all seven of Dee's letters and give them to Dr. Knight so he could make the panacea, Knight would eventually notify you on when to return. When he does, however, you'll see that he has left his lab and that you'll have to explore the lower levels of Buckingham palace, which, at that point, [[PointOfNoReturn you won't be able to become a new survivor if you die]]. So that if you die, it's ''game over''.]]

** The nursery is also pretty difficult as well. Apart from the ''extremely'' frightening atmosphere, you end up encountering [[spoiler:the first teleporting zombie in the basement. Not only is it aggravating to kill her on accounts of her speed and random teleportation, but she produces some sort of electrical discharge that ''jams your radar'', practically making it impossible to see where she is until she comes after you]]. [[FromBadToWorse Not only that]], but when you return from the basement, a ''freaking horde of zombies'' start invading the place!

** Spitting zombies. They have more health than the average zombie, and they can spit acid at a distance. Not too cumbersome when facing them alone, but amongst a horde, they're insane.

** The teleporting zombies. Killing them is particularly difficult since they have can [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin teleport]], have a lot of health, are ''very'' agile, and the electricity they emit jams your radar.

* [[OvershadowedByAwesome Overshadowed by Practical]]: The Silenced Pistol doesn't get much use, because the default Pistol cannot be removed, so using the Silenced Pistol just occupies one more spot in your inventory. It does come fully loaded when you first come across it though, so there's fifteen bullets to use for Pistol skills.
