*** Tigger's reaction also deserves some mention as up into that point, he had failed to realize just how much him taking the Easter Bunny role away had hurt Rabbit and had innocently believed that once Rabbit remembered how much he loved Easter, he'll bring the holiday back. It takes seeing how hurt Rabbit was the past year and then having Rabbit sadly tell him off in the present for Tigger to realize what exactly he had done and that he may have unintentionally ensured that the 100 Acre Wood would never have another Easter again.

It takes seeing how hurt Rabbit was the past year and then having Rabbit him sadly tell him off in the present for Tigger to realize what exactly he and the others had done and that he may have unintentionally ensured that the 100 Acre Wood would never have another to Rabbit, leaving him in a very somber mood until Rabbit brings Easter again. back at the end.
*** Also, up until that point, asides from Roo, Tigger was the most gung-ho about him and the others having a Happy Easter, cheerfully singing about things everyone loves about Easter and leading everyone into decorating Rabbit's house. Once he sees the past, however, he ends up dropping it in favour of wanting to make things up to Rabbit, undoubtedly having realized he had gone too far the previous year in his eagerness and wanting to give everyone a Happy Easter.

** Even worse, what really set off Rabbit the past year was Roo happily declaring Tigger to be the best Easter Bunny ever. And when Tigger tries to weakly claim that they only wanted to give Roo a Happy Easter and asking if Rabbit wants to do the same, Rabbit responds by ordering him to go away. Those instances really show how much Rabbit wanted to make Roo happy the previous year (which is heavily implied to have influenced his behaviour), only for his friends to cast him aside in favour of Tigger when it got too much for them.

Page move - page was created at incorrect title "Winnie the Pooh: Springtime for Roo"

Added DiffLines:

* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: Even a ''Pooh'' easter special has a few of these, often mixed with SugarWiki/FunnyMoments:
** "Sniffily Sniff"; Pooh's whimsical little number about...having a sneeze.
** "The Way It Must Be Done"; especially the TriumphantReprise after Rabbit's epiphany.
* SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments: Rabbit's TriumphantReprise of The Way It Must Be Done, called The Grandest Easter Ever (Rabbit's Reprise) that he sings after realizing the BadFuture was just a dream and he's going to fix things so he and his friends can have a fun Easter instead of Spring Cleaning Day.
* SugarWiki/HeReallyCanAct: This is probably Ken Samson’s best performance as Rabbit, aside from the ''[[WesternAnimation/TheNewAdventuresOfWinnieThePooh New Adventures]]'' episodes with his adoptive daughter, Kessie. When Rabbit is reminded of his past, he seems genuinely sad and in the BadFuture, he sounds like he’s actually crying.
* JerkassWoobie: While Rabbit was wrong for being [[ControlFreak controlling and bossy]], we learn in his flashback that he was really looking forward to being the Easter Rabbit and the others decide to have Easter without him, making him feel depressed and bitter about the past, and what caused him to be bossy.
* ProtagonistTitleFallacy: Roo is only really the main character for the first act, with the film otherwise YetAnotherChristmasCarol focusing on Rabbit.
* TearJerker:
** The BadFuture scene, where Rabbit discovers that his attitude has driven all his friends away from him.
** The scene where Rabbit reveals his reason for disliking Easter to Tigger; they made the latter the Easter Bunny when Rabbit's by-the-book ControlFreak tendencies became too much for them, making him feel left out and bitter. [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness Tigger's solemn reaction]] [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone makes it clear that he knows they screwed up.]]
--->'''Rabbit:''' Every Spring... I look forward to one thing most of all; being the Easter Bunny. You took that away from me.
** The scene where Tigger tries to bring the bad news to Roo and the others about Rabbit not wanting to bring back Easter. He really feels like he failed Roo and let him down.
** Roo’s drawing of him and Rabbit. All the little guy wants is to make Rabbit feel better.
* TookTheBadFilmSeriously: Well not "bad" per se, it's fun enough Pooh fare, but still a quick silly-natured holiday special, though, as mentioned above, Ken Samson puts in a surprisingly emotional performance as Rabbit, giving what was otherwise YetAnotherChristmasCarol parody some genuine sincerity.
