* WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids: One of the more blatant examples of an animated movie not necessarily being a kid's movie.

* WhatDoYouMeanItWasntMadeOnDrugs: Quite possibly the most extreme case in the history of this trope. You've seriously gotta wonder how honest the creator was being when he denied their playing any part in the making of the film.

* SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic: Everything from the arrival of[[spoiler: [=SinisteRRR's=] robot form]] to the end of the movie, but it's even better in the [=DVD's=] alternate soundtracks.

* CompleteMonster: [=HIM=]. In his very first scene, he physically assaults his girlfriend and throws her against a wall. In the same scene, he shoos her away, ordering her not to come back until she looks as beautiful as the models on his "girly posters" and tells her how ugly she looks wherever she smiles or talks. Then, later in the film, when he reappears and faces off against one of the heroes [[spoiler:he brags about how he had just killed said hero's little boy moments ago.]]

* CompleteMonster: [=HIM=]. In his very first scene, he physically assaults his girlfriend and throws her against a wall. In the same scene, he shoos her away, ordering her not to come back until she looks as beautiful as the models on his "girly posters" and tells her how ugly she looks wherever she smiles or talks. Then, later in the film, when he reappears and faces off against one of the heroes [[spoiler:he brags about how he had just killed said hero's little boy moments ago.]] The fact that he ''might'' have a FreudianExcuse does nothing to diminish his [=CM=] status and the fact that some of his behavior is based off of a ''real'' person that the director had the misfortune of knowing makes his [=CM=] status that much more disturbing.

* CompleteMonster: [=HIM=] in his first scene. After this, he arguably comes across too hammy for this to apply.

* SceneryPorn: When something terrifying, distracting, or just plain gross isn't happening on-screen, you just might notice how hautingly beautiful some of the locations are.

* FanDisservice: The naked female monster. Ugh.
* LargeHam: [=HIM=], except in his first scene.

* ChaoticGood: Rain and Ori. But especially Rain.

* LoveItOrHateIt: This film doesn't leave much room for the middle ground

* SmallNameBigEgo: The DVD Commentary. YMMV on whether the guy is entitled to boast seeing as how it is genuinely impressive that he actually got the damn thing made.

* FanDisservice: The naked female monster. NoJustNo.

* {{Narm}}: Most of the spoken lines fall squarely into this category. Thankfully, there's not very much talking in this movie.
