One of the prime examples is in Kaede's ending in ''2''; yes, [[spoiler:Yuki's death may be genuinely sad, but it's hard to take it seriously when Kaede refers to her as "the vanishing virgin" without any irony whatsoever]].

** Pressing the A and C buttons at the same time immediately after inputting the A or B version of Moriya's teleport causes it to have only one frame of endlag. Something similar happens with the C version if you use it while the opponent is in a counter-hittable state, but it's much less consistent.
** As Zantetsu, pressing A and C simultaneously in the air will cancel whatever you're doing into his jumping A. Exploiting this bug is generally frowned upon, since it allows Zantetsu to perform [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RE28vigeuCg an infinite]] in the corner if you mash both buttons quickly enough.

It still remained as a beloved underground series by a lot of SNK fans and many are happily surprised when characters from there make appearances in crossovers.
