** Series/{{Lucifer|2016}} appears on Earth-[[NumberOfTheBeast 666]], after there was no direct confirmation that his series would be included in the Crisis at all, due to being on a completely different network.[[note]]Series/{{Titans|2018}} was included in the opening to the crossover, but it was only StockFootage, whereas this is a direct appearance.[[/note]] He was actually spotted on the location by a fan, and claimed it was because he was visiting a friend in the area. * AuthorsSavingThrow: After many complained of how Earth-90 Flash was basically irrelevant during the Elseworld incident, he gets a shining moment when he ends up being the one to sacrifice himself in place of Earth-1 Barry.

* HoYay: Predictably, Constantine and Lucifer have this in spades -leading to the belief the two definitely hooked up in the past. Many fans have stated that Matt Ryan and Tom Ellis have excellent chemistry despite only sharing a brief scene together and hope the two characters will meet again.

* HarsherInHindsight: The most-remembered part of ''Superman Returns'' is Lex Luthor coming almost close to killing Superman. This episode's ending is one where he succeeded. His killing spree in Hour Two means nothing when you remember that the Earth-96 Superman is the same one from ''Returns'', [[Creator/BrandonRouth actor]] and all.
* HilariousInHindsight:
** Over on ''Marvel'', Earth-666 already exists...as the home of Franchise/UniversalHorror monsters. "Luci" might actually just fit right in.
** The meme of Lucifer never lying, in regards to Creator/TomEllis' claim that he's not going to show up. Lo and behold...
** Someone on Twitter called out Marc Guggenheim for overlooking Dina Meyer for ''Crisis''. Guggenheim jokingly responded that he'll accept the user's apology in 24 hours. Come part three...

* TheyWastedAPerfectlyGoodCharacter: The whole cast of ''Birds of Prey''. Ashley Scott reprise the role of Helena Kyle only to be disintegrated along with the rest of her universe in a scene that lasts exactly 45 seconds. Creator/DinaMeyer also returns as Barbara Gordon only in a voice role. And Creator/RachelSkarsten is the weirdest case, because she already plays the villain Alice in ''Batwoman'' and could easily return as Dinah Lance, thanks to the concept of the Multiverse. Unfortunately, she doesn't even appear at the crossover in either role.

** While it was surprising that the multiverse was indeed destroyed, everyone knows that Parts 4 & 5 will sort it out, with the most likely outcome being a single Earth where all Arrowverse shows - including ''Series/{{Supergirl|2015}}'' - will take place from Hour 5 onwards. After all, there ''has'' to be a Post-Crisis Arrowverse, and this would be the best way for this crossover to have any impact while limiting the [[NothingIsTheSameAnymore status-quo upset]] its events are causing. As for the continued existence of a multiverse, [[Series/{{Titansverse}} Earth-9]] can't be merged with Earth-1 due to ''Series/{{Titans|2018}}''' continuity being fundamentally incompatible with multiple Arrowverse shows, and multiple other Earths that suffered a DeathByCameo, Earth-96, and [[Series/{{Smallville}} Earth-167]] also have incompatible continuities, meaning these worlds will remain separate and there will still be a multiverse, though it's likely to look very different given what the Anti-Monitor has done to it.

** Many people had a feeling, especially in light of ''Series/TheFlash2014'' being renewed for a seventh season, that Barry [[ProphecyTwist would somehow]] [[ScrewDestiny escape his fate of dying in Crisis]]. The appearance of Earth-90 Barry confirmed it.

** Jim Corrigan certainly came out of nowhere for most viewers, even if you had spoiled for you Oliver's becoming the Spectre.

* ContinuitySnarl: It's unsure where this fits into the timeline of Lucifer as the show's fourth season (which aired on Netflix in May of 2019) ended with Lucifer [[spoiler: returning to take back control of Hell]] and season five not arriving until 2020.
